How we can help you

  • We correct spelling and grammar.

  • We straighten up minor formatting, such as bullet points, headings and page breaks.

  • In Word, we return a track changes copy and a clean copy.

  • In PDF, we use Tools to insert changes as comments in the right-hand margin.

  • 3-hr turnaround: $50 per 500 words

  • 24-hr turnaround: $40 per 500 words

  • 48-hr turnaround: $30 per 500 words

We receive all kinds of business documents for proofreading.

Examples are: newsletters, eBooks, web content, proposals, blogs and articles, product packaging, wine and whisky labels, media releases, speeches, emails and letters,  award entries, short reports, signs, advertisements and brochures.

Our guarantee

We offer a money-back guarantee on our turnaround times. The guarantee covers all express jobs (3, 24, 48-hour), noting that 3-hour jobs need to be submitted by 2.30pm so we can finish them by 5.30pm. We return your document by email and consider it returned when our email is successfully sent. We haven’t missed a deadline in our 8 years.

We reserve the right to decline jobs that require much more work than a proofread. In this instance, we would discuss a copyedit with you or immediately refund you.
